Senior Director of IT & Recruitment

Kyla Garrison is the senior director of both information technology and recruitment at Mission Driven Finance. In this role, she leads the strategic alignment of the company’s information technology roadmap, capabilities, infrastructure and systems to its business needs as well as leads all aspects of recruitment from internal operations through candidate experience and hiring.

A multi-passionate individual and lifelong learner, Kyla is excited to bring her expertise in IT systems, digital processes, data, business capabilities, and talent operations to help Mission Driven Finance further its vision and ensure it has the right systems and talent to accelerate change.

As an advocate for youth in her community, Kyla also volunteers with several nonprofits and is on the board of her local United Way.
