Sirina Jimenez

Senior Director of Asset Management — Care Access Real Estate

Sirina is the senior director of asset management for Care Access Real Estate (CARE) at Mission Driven Finance. In this role, she leads portfolio management and property oversight for CARE.

Prior to joining Mission Driven Finance, Sirina served as the managing director of asset management at HAS Capital Partners. She was responsible for developing and implementing the firm’s investment strategy as well as leading asset management, property operations, leasing, and due diligence. Sirina was also an investment committee member contributing to portfolio management and acquisitions. In her earlier career, Sirina served as the vice president of due diligence and director of asset management at Green Courte Partners—a private equity firm specializing in manufactured housing and near airport parking—and senior development associate at First Industrial Realty Trust, a publicly-traded industrial real estate investment trust.

Sirina has a bachelor of arts in Real Estate from DePaul University. She is a lifelong Chicago resident with a passion for music, dance, and architecture. In her free time, Sirina enjoys running and hiking.
