Danielle Ball

Director of Investor Relations

Danielle serves as director of investor relations for Mission Driven Finance. Her team is responsible for curating relationships with prospective investors while ensuring existing investors remain excited about their partnership with Mission Driven Finance.

Danielle previously served as the director of investor relations at several private real estate investment funds including IRA Capital, Crowdstreet Advisors, and PREP Property Group, where she raised $100M+ in private capital from high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, RIAs, family offices, and independent broker-dealers. She is adept at managing the investor journey while enhancing the fund lifecycle from thesis development to post-investment closings. Her true passion lies in leveraging her financial background to make a meaningful difference in the lives of both investors and their communities by combining her investment expertise with a commitment to generating both financial returns and social impact.

Before leading investor relations teams, Danielle served as a capital markets associate for the commercial real estate brokerage firm JLL, and she began her career as an acquisitions analyst underwriting complex multifamily real estate deals while overseeing the investment analyst/internship program at Peak Capital Partners.

Danielle graduated from Seattle University with double degrees in finance and marketing and holds her Series 7, 63, and 24 Securities licenses with FINRA.
