Vice President of Business Operations

Heather Schussman is the vice president of business operations at Mission Driven Finance where she leads business planning, business process, and operational activities across the company. Throughout her 20 years of work experience, she has been energized by working with others to solve complex problems ranging from effective ecological land management in the Southwest to designing and implementing clinical research trials, to leading business operations in the medical device industry. She excels in assessing, developing, and implementing strategies in a way that engages and empowers others. Heather is an alumna of Whitman College and the University of Arizona.
