Rusty serves as the senior director of finance for Care Access Real Estate (CARE) at Mission Driven Finance, where he leverages his extensive financial expertise to help drive strategic growth and ensure fiscal stability. With over 10 years of experience in the real estate investment trust (REIT) industry, Rusty excels in financial planning and analysis, risk management, and business development.

Rusty previously served as the director of finance with a publicly traded diversified REIT focused on office, retail, and multifamily assets. His leadership was instrumental in optimizing the REIT’s investment strategy, enhancing the portfolio’s performance and navigating complex financial landscapes. Prior to leading the finance department, he worked as an analyst with the Walt Disney Company where he supported multiple parks and resorts finance teams.

Rusty holds an MBA from Stetson University and a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Lynchburg.
