Tanya Bayeva

Tanya Bayeva is an attorney with 15 years of experience helping clients in the banking and technology industries. Tanya started her career representing major banking institutions and corporate borrowers in financing transactions at law firms in New York and Chicago. Tanya moved to in-house roles in the San Francisco Bay Area, focusing on corporate governance, securities reporting, debt compliance, and commercial matters. While at law firms, Tanya represented pro bono clients on diverse issues ranging from family law to consumer protection. She also assisted with impact investments while on an externship with Acumen in New York.

Tanya has a BS in finance from Yeshiva University, Sy Syms School of Business, and a JD from the University of Michigan Law School. She is a volunteer mediator with Community Boards in San Francisco. Tanya resides with her family in Oakland, CA.
