What they do

All Good, headquartered in Morro Bay, CA, produces personal care products such as mineral sunscreens, deodorant, soaps, and lotions with botanical, organic, and regenerative ingredients.

CEO Caroline Duell and husband Ryan Rich grew the company from making small batches in their kitchen, from seed to shelf with their organic farm as the source of herbs. All Good—a fellow Certified B Corp—does wholesale, retail, and private label sales. All Good products can be found in thousands of locations in the U.S., including Target, Whole Foods, Amazon, and allgoodbodycare.com, along with smaller retailers that focus on natural products.

The company is rebalancing its products and operations after COVID-19, including expanding its facial and beauty care product line.

Why we invested

Capital from the Regenerative Harvest Fund enables All Good to launch new products made with U.S.-grown certified regenerative ingredients.

Expeller-pressed sunflower oil is one such ingredient. Its concentrated vitamins offer therapeutic hydration, calming, and protection for the skin. When grown using regenerative practices as their supplier does, sunflowers can support greater biodiversity, carbon sequestration (storing and removing carbon dioxide from the earth’s atmosphere), and an increase in soil fertility.

Aside from being a Certified B Corp, All Good is a member of One Step Closer, 1% for the Planet, is Climate Neutral Certified, and certified women-owned by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.
